Perfect Strangers-Themed Flash Game Will Help You Achieve Your Dreams

There are plenty of things we love here at Better With Popcorn. Good TV like Community and Game of Thrones. Chris Nolan's Batman. Any game ever made by Rockstar. Wrestling-themed Ice Cream bars.

But there's maybe nothing that puts a bigger smile on our faces than 80's television series, and its spectacular theme song, as seen below:

Makes me well up every time.

In case you were born in the 90s (God I feel old), Perfect Strangers was this amazing sitcom on the old TGIF on ABC. The premise was that the zany Balki Bartokoumos (played by Bronson Pichot, who pretty much went missing after the series finale), moved from the totally real island of Mypos in the Mediterranean to move in with "Cousin" Larry Appleton (Mark Linn-Baker) in Chicago. As you can imagine, hilarity ensues for the next eight years.

It's been a long long time since I've had the pleasure of watching the show, but a new game, based on the iconic theme song, tries to ease the pain.

And it's absolutely ridiculous.

The game prompts you to enter your dream, then has Balki run a course that's the literal translation of the theme song, picking up stars on the way to that dream.

Play it now. RIGHT NOW.

I'll see you guys in a month when I get sick of this / require nourishment.
